Finsmechta Fledach "the bountiful" or "the festive". also known as Fínsnechta Fledach was the 153 High King of Ireland, King of Brega[1] and king of Temair
He was the son of Dúnchad mac Áed Sláine. He passed away about 0695.
He was married to Conchenn ingen Congaill .[2]
